Organic industrial waste; (waste from agriculture, horticulture, fish farming, forestry, hunting and fishing, waste from the preparation and processing of fruits, vegetables, cereals, edible oils, cocoa, coffee, tea and tobacco; waste from canning production, yeast and yeast extract production, molasses preparation and fermentation, waste from the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (except coffee, tea and cocoa)) are included in the facility for processing in the composting process. The accepted waste is returned to nature after the composting process as a vegetable solid organic fertilizer with the registration number 8427 of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Inorganic industrial waste; (waste from the iron and steel industry, waste from the thermal metallurgy of silver, gold and platinum, waste from the thermal metallurgy of non-ferrous metals, waste from the iron casting process, non-ferrous casting waste, waste from the physical and chemical processes of non-metallic minerals, waste from the iron casting process, non-ferrous casting waste, waste from the production of cement, lime and gypsum and products made from them, concrete, bricks, roofing tiles and ceramic products, bricks, tiles and construction waste) are included in the facility for processing in the recovery process for non-hazardous waste. The accepted waste is returned to nature after the recovery process as grit and paving stone sand in accordance with the TS 2717 EN13139 standard for the production of paving stones and concrete for heavy-duty materials.
Sludge from industry, originating from washing, cleaning and wastewater treatment processes, is subjected to the sludge drying process as part of waste minimization and sent to licensed disposal/recovery facilities after reducing the moisture content.
As Aydinlar Madencilik, we process an average of 200,000 tons of organic and inorganic industrial waste annually in our waste disposal and recovery facilities to ensure its recovery. Each waste is taken into the facility and reprocessed in order to transform it into a new product with the highest capacity possible and to feed it back into the economy.
